Well located lovely hotel with warm staff

This hotel is well located on the main shopping promenade. You will find all the high fashion brands across the road like Gucci, LV etc. on this side of the road you’ll find brands like Uniqlo etc. Basically this hotel is in a very safe area of Brussels. Train station to Hotel by cab is 10 euros. Everything you could want it’s within 15 to 30 mins walk and we never had to use the metro while we were there for a day in Brussels. The hotel itself is very nice. The bar on the lobby is good too and one good get a good meal here at a reasonable price rather than some tourist traps around the grand plas. Warning: do not get hustled into a tourist trap restaurant around gran plas. We got hustled into a place where we had mussels and suffered a violent stomach upset immediately. Else Brussels is a enjoyable city if your careful where you eat

Amazing hotel in a very great location. Stay for four nights. Room looks fresh with super comfy bed and pillows. Really it provides you a great long sleep. Room 407 with garden view , super quiet . L’Occitaine amenities in the bathroom really gives you an amazing experience. You can find the same amenities at the shop in front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing with wide variety of food and beverages. Service is really exceptional. Kudos to the concierge and the lady at the reception upon check in and during our whole stay . They were always happy to help and give you all the information needed. We will be back . Thank you for such an amazing stay

This is a cute little hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was decent. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to see was thinner blankets such as wool, polar fleece etc.) the down feather bedding and pillows are very, very hot. The manager Larry, was the best! He was very down to earth and personable. We thoroughly enjoyed his company. Staff at the front desk were very helpful everyday when we had any type of question pertaining to directions etc. Overall, this is a great little boutique hotel where staff cares about customer experience.

Lovely stay at Le louise

Had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. A surprise weekend away for my 40th birthday. Arrived several hours early but the hotel managed to get us a room. They surprised me with some Belgian chocolate and prosecco which was a lovely gesture. The hotelroom was clean, modern and homely. The toiletries are of high quality and has everything you need for a short stay. Couldn't fault the breakfast or the service all weekend. The location is fantastic, all around the designer shops and not too far from all the sights and main station for Eurostar. Overall a fab stay.

This hotel was excellent from stepping inside the door. Check in was good with lovely helpful staff, the room was clean, well decorated and a good size, with the most comfortable bed ever. We had breakfast which was buffet and very good. The staff here are all lovely and extremely helpful, would highly recommend for a stay in Brussels.
